You Are Welcome Not to Like Me

In life, we often get people who like to meddle with our life.
Asking questions, trying to dictate what they think is right, etc.

Most people would avoid difficult situation by answering a question with answers that other people want to hear.
I, personally, won't do that. I found that doing so is the same like lying and not showing the real me.

Let's say, when somebody (no matter who that person is, could be my friend, my mother in law, etc.) asks me:
"When do you plan to have another baby?"
Most people who do not plan to have another baby would answer: "Maybe later, or soon, or we're still planning it."
I would answer: "No, I don't want to have another baby."
Even though this answer will lead to another questions, and I will have to explain myself.

Then I will explain to them what I'm thinking, what I'm considering, everything that caused me to make this decision. They might not like it, they might not like me afterwards, but at least they get or see why I do what I do.

--->The short explanations why I don't wanna have another kid is because I am a responsible and unselfish parent.
1. We're not financially ready. We have to think about our kid's future, his education. I'm not talking 2-3 years from now, I'm talking about 16-20 years from now. School fees are increasing every year, can you imagine how much it will be 20 years from now?
Is the percentage of your salary raise as high as the school fee raise?
What happens if you can't pay for your kid university study? Will he have a good if not great future?

2. I'm not a dedicated housewife.
I love my son. I take care of him most of the time. I make sure he gets enough love and attention from me. But I also need time for myself. I also enjoy working.
And my husband, is also busy working. He's very helpful but he rarely has time to take care of his kid.
I don't wanna have another child but leaving him/her to the nanny. It would be irresponsible (Honestly, most people are irresponsible, they have many kids, but don't have time for them.)   <----

So, people may not understand, people may not like me, people may not get my point of view. It's fine.
Coz I don't care. I don't care what you think. This is my life, where I get to decide what I wanna do.
I do not meddle with your life (like what most people do to me) so I'd really appreciate if you do the same.

You are welcome not to like me. But if I can open your mind, it'd be great.
